Some decent deals when combined with the sitewide sale. Haven't seen the Mi Mix 2 any cheaper yet for this configuration. The MX500 SSD's are also one of the lowest prices yet for local stock, and cheaper than the current Futu deal. The Samsung T5 500GB SSD is slightly cheaper than the current Amazon US deal if you select C&C. Not sure if this is still available, however you can pick one up for $183 from the Samsung Education store if you're a student (thanks Else2Easy).

  • that is a nice find on the crucial ssd ….cheapest so far for local, futu often hit that $308 mark for 1tb but the savings pays for a double bacon meal at maccas …or 2 stubbies of beer …..10 maccas soft serves, or etc, etc.

  • mix 2 cheaper delivered via dhl from aliexpress after cashrewards i believe

    • +2

thing about ebay is that it’s easy to claim warranty or get refund if its damaged on arrival ….can use paypal and the associated buyer protection and returns …….not sure how much cheaper ali is

      • Fair enough. You've sold me

        I would disagree.

I previously bought some IEMs from DWI on eBay. It wasn't genuine. The IEMs started to deteriorate within a couple of months, I reached out to the manufacturer to ask whether what I was experiencing was normal wear and tear for a pair of IEMs costing over $250, they responded it was unusual and should return it to seller for a replacement. I then contacted DWI via eBay resolution center, their response was that it's normal wear and tear and told me their warranty does not cover wear and tear.

A couple of months later, the cable gave up - the copper coating of the connector had faded away almost completely. Luckily, the IEMs use the standard MMCX connector cables and I was able to go buy a replacement cable.

My advice is to avoid DWI unless you don't care about warranty or happy with receiving non-genuine products. Though, from this experience, the savings was for naught, as I had to fork out for a new MMCX cable. So essentially, paid pretty much the same price as local for an inferior product.

        • No sure what relevance your story is meant to have as you didn't use PayPal's buyer protection.

        • If you are trying to say that sellers based in HK sell counterfeit items, i've had some dodgy SD cards sent out. They couldn't match the read/write specs i was getting from the same product i had purchased from an aussie seller. After that and refurb camera sold as new experience I only buy locally, the savings are not worth the stress you go through

        • Somehow doubt dwi would unknowingly sell a popular Chinese item like a mi mix though

  • Mi mix2 or mate 10?!

    • mix 2 , much better value if you don't rely on camera heavily .

any mi mix 1 deal? 6.4 is better than5.99

  • Show 429 to me

  • Whenever I see a cheap SSD, I kinda want one.

Then I remembered I have no need for SSDs.

Pretty good pricing on Samsung T5! Thanks Op

  • Price has been increased slightly on the 500GB MX500 to $153.08

    • Ah that's a shame, first it was the Mi Mix 2 and now this. Honestly didn't think there would be any price changes considering the sellers don't bear any costs for the discount in sitewide deals (iirc). Have marked that as expired, thanks :)

      • Still the lowest price though atm 428.98 ($5 difference). You shouldn't strike it through.

Anyway is the Mi Mix 2 the global version (B28 and google pay) or the chinese version?

  • Does this Mi Mix 2 have B28?

    • Yep.

      • But that doesnt mean that it's going to be global version. Be Aware that you cant use NFC google pay if its chinese version
