    Cheaper at Joybuy coupon expires 15/06

    • how long will it take to deliver?

  • these are not that powerful are they?

    • I had a jailbreaked Apple TV 2 back in 2010 that was a much better unit than this. Admittedly it maxed out at 720p but you'd think a 6 year difference in hardware would close the gap. Having said that it's cheap and might get Oreo soonish so things might improve.

        downside of these is no spdif optical out

        • +1

          They have optical out. There's a mini Toslink in the 3.5mm audio jack.

        • @0jay:

          You got one?

          Can you post image of that toslink adapter?

          I didn't know it came with that..
          nothing mention in the spec

        • @pinkybrain: it's in the wiki. it's just a 3.5mm audio socket, nothing to see except a red light when the unit's on. Not in a position to schlep around taking shots, sorry.

          Yes I have one but use the HDMI audio. It's a disappointing unit allround but for the $ you can't really complain.

        • @0jay:

          Is this a truelink toslink 5.1 audio though?

          since it is going through a 3.5mm audio socket?

          @pinkybrain: Google brah, I'm not a hivemind on features I don't use.
