  Yet when you go to signup for the Growth or Starter plan it says no SSL is included.

  Care to clarify?

    Thanks for picking that up! All plans do in fact come with Free SSL Certificates from Let's Encrypt :) I'll get that fixed right away.

      Lets Encrypt is free for everyone… so its not really "your" SSL certificate

  This deal scares me when your own website is running off of a non-SSD Zuver server:

  Is your hosting on your own hardware with SSD's? Or is this resold from Zuver noting they do not run anything on SSD?
  Why should we trust our business to be hosted with you, when you don't run your own site on your own hosting?

    Hi Nixor,

    You've definitely raised an important point! And I definitely understand where you are coming from.

    I can assure you that our server space is not resold from Zuver, and is instead 100% SSD, based in Sydney. We originally started hosting ourselves on Zuver as we were just offering website design - at that point, we didn't have our own servers. Although recently, we have decided to go into the hosting space! Switching our own website to SSD servers isn't on our top priority as we have lots of client websites requiring migration before our own. Also, we have a few months left paid for hosting with Zuver.

    I'll let you in on a little secret - we are actually looking into the Cloud Storage 'space'. Our new domain https://goplex.cloud is hosted on our own SSD Servers :)

    I hope that clears things up! But I do like your detective work.

    Yes, that is correct - you are able to forward emails to an external email for free.

  Sounds interesting for a non-essential or dev hosting. It's a bit odd that you dont mention anything about databases even though you list wordpress and other apps. Can you please clarify?

    You can do this at pretty much any web host once you have a hosting account all you need to do is get the servers IP address which if they're using cPanel or another panel should be able to be found relatively easily.
