Allphones - the store that price jacked their iPhones to above rrp the night before the recent eBay sale…

I found out when I had to deal with them as their courier lost my phone. I wasted 4 weeks constantly checking on it, and they lost it.
I asked for a refund, but dealing with them exposed their incompetence. They waited 5 days to reply and said you have to sign this declaration that you haven't received it and that if it's on the way and you do receive it, you must return it to Allphones or the police will be called. But they didn't attach the document for me to sign..
I mean, if the item is lost, how am I going to receive it? If they find it, why would they deliver it to me knowing that insurance has been claimed on it by the sender? The sender has been reimbursed already, so if the courier finds it, Alphones are basically double dipping and getting a free phone. The phone is not their property anymore after the courier has reimbursed them its value. I doubt they would send it to me. It would be the courier's property from there on. And if they did send it to me, Allphones is not entitled to get it back. Why do they think they are owed the item?
It can't be on the way if it's lost. That's just dumb. Tracking had said it was sitting in Melb depot ready for next delivery cycle, for 3 weeks. Melb couldn't find it, and had to check with Syd, who also couldn't find it. Each time I called up they told me they would get back to me by the end of the day but they never did and I always had to follow it up myself.
Incompetent couriers. Incompetent seller.
They quote list price $1086.99? Yet apple sell them for $979….am I missing something here?

Yes, it is bigger my wife said….ahh hum… My wife replaced her Ipad Air 2 with 10.5 Pro and the screen is definitely bigger.
Screen is bigger (9.7" vs 10.5") whilst maintaining a similar size due to the thinner bezels.
It has a new weird resolution that not all apps were optimized for though..
We need some lower prices on these somehow…
