          @chromium:
If you watch the store though, you'll see the trend.

        • +1

          @chromium:
Did you received your card yet?

          Got mine.
          After 2 weeks of waiting.
          TWO WEEKS.
Non eBay plus $20 shipping, eBay plus member $2 envelope and stamp. LMAO

        • @Bin Chicken: Every bin is a good feed or its not…

          amiright or amiright?

        • +1

Whilst its true their prices have been expensive lately, i did get my Strix 1080ti from them @ $975 late October last year.

Just got to find the good deals amongst the sea of bad ones.

        • @TheMostHated:
          Finally, someone understands me.

      • +1

There is market place called "RAKUTEN" in japan.
They have special sale frequently as 10 or 20 points back (mean 10 or 20% off).
Some of their store jacked up the price while in the sale period.
Many of the consumer complain on their SNS and finally "RAKUTEN" banned the store that jacked up the price.
So many of the people complain to ebay by SNS (I do not know they have) ebay will banned the jack up the price.

        • Sns?

        • @Moofy: Social Network Service apparently

    • Did some checks on prices last night - yes they are jacked, but after the discount they were still cheaper than other online options.

  • yassssssssssssssssss

    • love a good yassssss!

  • +2

Jack it up 15% i think

    • 15% for non ebay plus member and 20% for ebay plus member :)

  • And of course I bought stuff last night at 20% off..

    • +4

Look at the price, not the discount.

      • I'll see if they price it a little higher to cover that extra 5%

  • +3

Hopefully TV sales from this. Been looking to get a sony 55-60 inch tv for a while now

    • +1

me too mate, hopefully a new LG OLED tv for me!

  • +1

Cheap SSD card and MIcro SD card again?

How low they can get to

    • +2

It's ebay, they can go really low

  • +3

I reckon this is a move against Amazon's prime day.

    • Yea, looks exactly like that. Rather than 16th July, eBay is saying This Thursday :)

      • This eBay discount period does ends on 18 July (if it goes full term), so if Amazon's prime day sale does offer a cheaper price, may one can still claim the difference via eBay's Best Price Guarantee? (Or does it exclude membership-only offers?)

  • +2

    Have they lost the plot?

  • Nice, very nice.

Have to remember to cancel my EB+ membership at some point in the next couple of weeks.

    • +8

You can cancel straight away and retain the membership until it ends FYI

      • sweet, thanks for the heads up

  • +1

Give the participating eBay stores what they really need inflators.

  • Do any of these sellers sell OLED TV's? Been waiting for a good price on an LG C8.

    • +5

Preety sure Applicance Central is the only seller that has them, remember that it's a max $1000 discount so the 65" won't get the full discount.

    • Videopro also sell OLED. Current prices are $5,490 for 65 inch and $3,390 for 55 inch

    • Same here mate!

    • I'm eyeing the appliance central one, is cheaper.

    • +3

The B7 will be down to $1676 after 25% off

      • too small, need 65"

        • That will be a popular deal.

      • Yes I'm following this one too

      • You mean it might be..

  • -2

    looking for 2.5" SSD deals

  • Awesome timing. Was going to order a Logitech UE Boom 2. Hopefully one of these has them.

  • Hopefully there will be some deals on DJI Mavic's and Fujifilm lenses :)

  • +3

Are dcexperts part of eBay plus?. 25% some photo gear would be great.
In the past they have kept their prices the same and with super quick shipping.

  • +4

Jack is going to be confused, 20 or 25? hmmmm

  • +3

    Let the price jacking begin

Perhaps it'll be a 22.5% jack to split it

    • can that be substituted by price matching ? of course it's a one time use voucher.. which is a killer.

    • +1

Jack is too smart, he'll jackplus it by 45%

  • Yasssss Queeeeen

  • can anyone please advise which store sells fridges, thanks in advance

    • +1

      Appliance Central does.

      • +1

Thanks, I know they do on their own website, but it seems they do not have large items in their ebay store.

        • Ah apologies. Odd they dont sell them via ebay.

  • +15

    BlazinPast beat me to it!
I'm working on a search link (and making sure all the stores are included) …

  • @tightarse: Hi TA, are you able to post a searchable link for all the stores? I am looking to buy a 128gb Micro SD card for my phone.

    Many thanks in advance.

    • I'm after same, please share it.

  • Hope we see some decent deals on a power-board or two, looking for a new one with at least 6 ports and decent surge protection and I missed out on those Cyberpower deals as it broke just after those finished up!

  • Must be trying to get in before Prime Day

  • Oo which store might sell Dji drones? Thanks in advance!

    • Futu_online, but they are notorious for jacking the price or just removing them completely

  • I think once a year they should have a 99% off sale and then see how ridiculous sellers adjust their prices

  • +1

    that's what I'm talking about!

LG OLED 65inch C8: $4,290 after discount and excluding shipping.

    • Another $125 off if you can buy enough 5% Wish/ebay cards (max $2500 Per Day)
Plus cashrewards 1% and FF points

      • Thanks. Bit of a hassle though for $125 saving by buying $2,500 worth of gift cards. Then realising you receive half and the other half is being held up or delayed.

        • Sure is, but at least you know the limits before buying $4k of vouchers and can only claim 2.5k of them and need to pay the rest in cash anyway.

Plus most woolies will stop you buying over 5 cards at a time so would need to be creative and Possiply 2-3 different woolies cos of stock

    WARNING PC-BYTE EBAY

Don't use these guys if you expect your item within 3 days or so.

They took 2 weeks to deliver an SD card which they obviously didn't have any instock to begin with, even though they said they did.

They mark item as sent the next day, no tracking number or anything. Then just over a week later they give you a tracking number which shows the item was picked up that day. HMMMMM.

    • +3

i'm still waiting for mine … ordered on 25th

    • +3

I hate when that happens. On the flip side, I have purchased from them on multiple occasions, items have always arrived promptly.

    • +2

I received a monitor within 72hrs of ordering.

      • +2

Monitor is bigger than microsd card. Surely they wouldn't miss it.

    • +1

I also haven't received my SD card nearly 3 weeks after order placed. Ridiculously slow.

    • +1

      So did you neg them?

    • +1

Yeah tell me about it I needed for overseas trip ordered 3 separate orders lucky I ordered from shopping express as well they came in 2 days. 1 has been sent by snail mail no tracking I hope it's still in mailbox in 3 weeks time when I return the other 2 have tracking and are in post office and will probably be returned to sender soon. I ordered 24th June and left for overseas on 3rd July. Not happy. Funny thing is the price of these cards was cheaper in Australia than in the Philippines and they are made in the Philippines.I gave them 3 negs.

    • +1

agree. i am still waiting mine. no tracking number at all. ask them twice about it and been advised to wait a bit. dodgy

    • +1

Yep, they do this a lot. It's using your money for an interest-but-not-stress-for-you free loan when the agreement was that you exchange it for goods. One time was enough for me, they ain't getting my money anymore.

    • +1

Give them Neutral or Negative feedback. Simple. Some sellers live and die by their feedback.

    • +1

      Got mine within a week.

    • +1

I just purchased a kb from them last Thursday night, received the following Wednesday, Ive also purchased ssds and a large Corsair case all received in reasonable time so, maybe you just got unlucky good sir.

  • Looks like a P20 Pro, assuming no price hikes, might be $897.74 after 25% off…. That'd be a new low price.

    • Link thx.

      • Still contemplating between the P20 Pro and S9…

        • S9 easy, P20 pro only good on paper

  • +6

Looks like the usual jackers. I'll get the lube ready.

    • Have you tried dry before

      • -1

but he will get a rash

  • -3

Would one be able to get a Apple Watch from any of these retailers or would the prices have been jacked up already? Also do people know if there are ongoing charges for Apple Watch cellular? Someone mentioned that to use the SIM in the watch, one pays $5 per month? True?

    • +3

All true except you need to do more research.

  • I noticed some items already jacked prices like from $86 to $96….

  • I held off on buying a jacket during the sitewide 10% for the chance Kathmandu might be participating in a 20% off sale. Didn't happen. Now I'm sad.

  • +1

I felt like the last 20% sale had some overall price increases, and now I know why…

    • Yup, this is exactly what's happened for a lot of PC prices.

  • 25% off. Holy mother of God.

  • +1

Have some TVs in my watchlist as mine is on the blink so have been waiting for a sale - all the ones from Appliance Central have increased around 15% this week, do they have a history of this?

  • lg 34um69g … gonna hit 300

  • I wonder if both Ebay and the seller are sharing the funding of the higher discount here, or if it's just a new level of pricejacking.

    • +9

Yes. I was offered ebay to participate in 20% deals. Ebay took 5% and seller 15%. But I refused to join.
