Who's eligible?

    Not recommended for running data intensive programs for a few hours to days. I ran up a bigger bill than my actual time used as I had to mirror across several different cloud services.

    The bandwidth is metered hourly.

    Plenty of better options out there. Definitely not recommended for big data applications as the bandwidth would be the constraint to the cheap pricing. BTW it is $0.01 to $0.05 a GB. You can only guess how much it cost me. I'm too embarrassed to talk about it.

      Unless you're doing something with enormous amounts of traffic it won't be a problem. All of Price Hipster's servers are with Vultr, including the crawlers, which handle quite a lot of bandwidth all day, every day. I have never had to pay for extra bandwidth.

      IMHO these are the best value servers in Australia, and possibly the world. Also, Vultr's service is incredible. They responded to my last request within 1 minute.

      Bandwidth is metered only when you go over the base cap which is fairly generous

      My understanding is… bandwidth is only calculated hourly if you cancel the VPS while having used more than your monthly quota as per a monthly calculation. If you spin up a VPS with 500GB per month then use 500GB in 1 hour then you need to leave the VPS on for the rest of the month to even the usage out. Not that bad in my opinion and is how most companies operate when they charge hourly rates. Make it work to your advantage

    compare to google 300 credit/ alibabacloud/ hostgat / sg and others, which one is the cheapest to host multi WP websites?

      Depends on the traffic I guess. I don't have any hard stats on me but I feel like Vultr is one of the better bang for your buck options if you just want to get a cheap $5 or $10 server.

      Otherwise for higher traffic sites, or even lower traffic if you have the knowledge, AWS is probably still king.

    Thanks, just signed up to the 40gb SSD 1CPU 2GB offering for $10 per month.. was gonna go lower with the $5 per month option but that would mean that the promotional credits ($100 max) would expire.
