  • This is for Android and other platforms. The QC25i is for Apple?

    • The sellers product description mentions the listing is for apple devices.

      • +2

I sure hope so for all the people who buy expecting it! :) Just that I know 25i is for Apple, and 25 without the "i" is for everything else ;)

  • that's a great price, good ANC, + still using eneloops great for long haul flights.

I bought one a few years ago (ozbargain deal) for around $260 (can't remember exact amt), thought was a good price. still using it

    grab another. thx

  • Well spotted, OP

  • For Apple devices only?? I'm confused

    • Controls on the cord for volume is for operating apple devices only I think.

    • +1

there is no difference in the hardware. Only difference is in the inline remote wire. If you buy the apple version and then buy only inline cable for Samsung, then it will work in you headphone by just swapping the wires.

I have a pair of these exact ones on an Android device and they work fine. The + / - keys adjust volume.

  • Lowest price so far :)

  • Great deal, these are awesome headphones, especially for travel.

  • +1

I would have been all over this if it was Bluetooth

    • +5

If it was bluetooth it would be the QC35II and cost 2x a much.

      • True

    • You can get this thing called airmod which gives the qc25 Bluetooth capability

      • airmod are like $90-$100.

        • Pretty sure I saw them for ~$70 on eBay the other day. If $250 buys you both a qc25 and airmod. Still about $100 cheaper than getting a pair of qc35

        • @dazzles: doesn’t the QC35ii have superior sound quality compared to 25?

        • @congngo: it does not

      • or get this:
        https://www.amazon.com/Sony-SBH20-Bluetooth-Stereo-Headset/d…

        it works perfectly with qc25.

        PS:
        i have both qc25 and qc35.

Great price….. Used to own these b4 the QC35's….the ability to replace the battery was very handy.

If you decide you need Bluetooth connectivity, this DIY mod almost looks factory fitted!

      lol!

  • Anyone knows and can confirm that these are stocks off a real Bose dealer?

    • Yes they are.
      Check the main webpage here

      • Is it really a Australia stock? I ordered on 15-July and its saying that the expected date is 26-July.

        • Check the link above.
          They are Authorised sellers.
          Cheers.

  • Wonder if this a wise purchase long term considering that more and more phones are doing away with the headphone jack
I feel almost pressured to go for a wireless option for that reason alone

    • Good thought. I guess you could always get an adaptor for headphone jack to charging port (lightning/USB)
