    Can you not fill in the 'to' and 'from' section and hand write it yourself? Will this type of cardboard allow you to write on the card sucesssfully in pen?

      It's the same stock we use for our normal cards, so yes, you can leave bits blank on purpose, and write in pen some extra words yourself. But that's kinda of defeating the purpose of a personalised card :)
      I guess you could draw extra love hearts, or sword fighting ninja stick figures. Whatever takes your fancy :)

    The delivery date is contradictory.. first it says this is the date you want the card delivered on, NOT when we will send it.

    So I chose the 14th of Feb.

    Then when checking out it says "Delivery Date" Send on the 14th of Feb.. See screenshot

    Think that needs to be fixed to make it clearer.

      It's a problem with the wording - the date you chose is the date the card should be delivered to the recipient - not when it will actually be put in the post.. Not sure what the exact timing is - usually 3 days before your selected date - longer if its regional. We're normally spot on though :)
      BUT peak seasons (Valentine's day, Mother's Day, Christmas) are unpredictable due to postal delays. So always play it safe and choose a few days earlier if you want to make sure it arrives on time. Getting a Valentine's day card after the fact won't get you into the good books :)

      These free deals doesn't come often, but once I used it I got hooked.
      If my memory serves me correctly, I have been using their service for a while.
      In total 21 cards, birthday, anniversary, get well, graduation etc.
      It all began with the 1st free card ;)

      So I guess that's how they get more business!
      Of course these time-to-time free offers are always welcome in my book!

    Wow, that was quick. Ordered yesterday, arrived at my house today. Unfortunately, as it also comes with an envelope inside, the card has been ruined by marks left by the folded envelope inside :(
    I would've preferred it to come with no envelope at all, the card looks a bit like a reject now!

    Has anyone else not got this yet? I ordered mine on Tuesday evening and it still hasn't come! I'm very disappointed as I'll be working all day monday and won't be going home before dinner with my boyfriend! Damn Australia Post!!!!!! :(
