You guys are a joke!!
I just saw this offer, your apologising for hiking up the price and offering guarantees but very happy to leave the people who have been charged extra to keep paying extra as long as they don't chase you up for it?

How can we chase this up and get a refund?
My connection's been a joke with frequent drop outs, and my sip still hasn't been setup. They expected me to know exactly how to set it up. Shit support, shit connection, shitty treatment and dodgy telco. Really considering contacting TIO

  My suggestion is to contact tio.
  Been more than 30 and i still havent received my refund, i have contacted both paypal and tio, i dont have any problem with their nbn but even Belong is more responsive than them, lol.
  Tio gave them until august 14 to refund, im interested in seeing what they'll do, it's a really small amount i couldnt care less but they piss me off so i'll do whatever i can to get it back.
