“Lonely Planet guidebooks are, quite simply, like no others.”

This is a great freebie, particularly for everyone who took advantage of Lonely Planets last free offering (02/02/2011) that included 14 great City Guides. The Barcelona City Guide wasn't included in that offer so now is your chance to add it to your collection.

Find out what makes the capital of Cool Catalonia click, with Lonely Planet’s Barcelona Cityguide on your iPhone. From novices wandering open-eyed down La Rambla to those that call Gaudi’s city a second home, there’s something for everyone in these comprehensively-researched, independent guides, brought to you by the world’s leading guidebook publisher. Our resident author has spent hundreds of hours scouring the tapas bars, clubs, hotels, markets and museums of this essential destination, leaving no cobblestone unturned in the pursuit of the best it has to offer.

all of gaudi's creations in barcelona are mind boggling, especially Sagrada Familia.

but REALLY watch your wallet and other possessions on la ramba and on the metro though. some guy had mine half out as i was getting on a carriage but luckily i felt his hand in my pocket as my legs moved. after that i started carrying around an obvious, empty, sacrificial wallet in my trousers, with my real wallet well concealed.

    • Excellent. I've just added both of your links to my post. Thanks.

    • when you view BCN mtrip in itunes, it says $7.99 Buy App.
so how do you get it for free?

      • You're right.

I would try again later as the Australian iTunes site may take longer to get updated. In the meantime I have removed the link from my OP.
