      Much respect for you.

      Too many people, especially on here, buy something every time there is a great deal like this, regardless of whether they even want it.

      Some even go as far as buying more than one, just because they can.

      I understand this site is about finding bargains, and sometimes the price is so low that they don't even care, but this sort of mentality ruins it for others who actually want / need it, but miss out.

      I literally bought a set of headphones from Amazon on Friday because I needed one; if this deal came up last week it would have been perfect for me and allowed me to save some money.

      FOMO is obviously a serious issue for some people.

          If overseas people want to buy Australian products, that's a good thing, in what parallel universe is that something to be discouraged?

          I appreciate there was a shortage, but if supply isn't keeping up with demand, your anger should be directed at suppliers/retailers/etc, not buyers. It's not like any of the product is going towards making meth instead of feeding babies.

          They're coming over here and buying product intended for the Australian market, not Chinese market. They have their own powders but due to their incompetence and lack of care for human life, their own milk powder industry has a bad reputation. The suppliers already export a portion to China and a portion to Australia.

          They aren't doing anyone good except for themselves because of pure greed. They're just re-selling it for massive markup.

          This is EXACTLY the same problem with housing. Too many of those immigrants with dirty money buying up housing, which is in limited supply, and driving up the price. Public backlash is one of the only things stopping Coles / Woolies from pushing up the price on milk powder.

    I'm glad many of you managed to buy it. Like one other poster, I saw the code last week, didn't believe it, but bought it, and I got the headset delivered a few days ago. It's not bad actually.       It's not a typo. It is a coupon code that discounts 99%. I believe it was for internal use only, but it was shared to the public, by accident, maybe, and then it was exploited by the OZBs! ;)
