    $1 bag charge eat into the cash back($0 if you bring your own bag in store./put them all on your trolley) if you Spend just $30 click and collect

    Can shopback and cashreward put pressure on them make the bag charge optional?

    I want to share my experience with shopback becasue they did not do well. I bought a ps4 and a game in Amazon Prime day through their own app. Both of them are not recognoised. I submitted missing cashback. And only the $10 game got verified. The $379 ps4 got rejected. Also I bought amaysim sim card last month through them and got rejected as well. I already contact them to investigate. Eventually i think they can verify my cashback. But considering the time i need to keep an eye on that, the time i submit the missing cashback, the time i communicate with them, the time i need to find the order confirmation/invoice, I will never use them again.

      I had similar experience with Shopback, 1/2 of my Amazon AU transaction won't work, I gave up on Shopback and now using cashreward, works everytime.

        Did you add the items to the cart beforehand before activating the cashback? If so, note that you should only add items to the cart after going through Shopback (and even Cashrewards) and then checking out immediately in that same session.

        We're sorry for the experience you've had with us as well. A special case with Amazon - as scrimshaw has pointed out, items should only be added to your cart after clicking through ShopBack, which is a possible reason as to why the transaction did not track.
