  Hmmm. Amazon Prime dinged me for a month of prime, even though the card I signed up for Amazon Prime doesn't exist anymore. They just decided they'll grab another card I added to the account and charge to that?

  Doesn't seem fair.

  Edit: They even said that they'll charge my card that doesn't exist for next month's prime….

      I didn't agree for them to renew monthly on another card that was added this week. Even the method of payment was my other card.

        I think you will find it is a normal thing for many companies.

        The email they sent you will be saying that they are going to charge your preferred payment method because that is the card they have saved as the main one for Prime. That card will be declined so they will charge another card on your account.

        If you email Amazon and explain they will probably refund the fee for you.

        At least it wasn't your credit card bill that you forgot to pay causing your bank automatically take the money from your savings account (which you also have with them but was not linked to your credit card) that then over drew your savings account giving you late credit card fees and over draw fees!
