Switch On VPN to UK
Go to Ebay Uk and sign up with a UK address
Click on link here in the deal and go through to the checkout

    I couldn't get this one to work. It won't accept my payment methods. I've tried 2 different paypals and credit cards but I keep getting -

    "Sorry, we can't process your payment. Here are your options:

    Use a different credit or debit card.
    Pay with a PayPal account."

      Same here, after it accepted the payment the first time then sent me an email saying the payment was declined, tried with 2 ebay accounts, 1 paypal account and 3 cards. Looks like it's game over for us.

          They don't. In the terms for the code "piggybank" it says you can use a UK debit card, credit card etc. I imagine you just can't use an Australian one.

          Bare in mind it's site-wide, why would PayPal pay for the discount but not the other million sellers.

          Seems like they may freeze your PayPal for being accessed from multiple locations at the same time. So VPN on and off would probably be one reason. I didn't get an email about suspension but will check in a few hours.

          Out of interest what should one do? I had my account suspend trying to buy one at full price trying multiple times previously. eBay errors and the like so I thought it was just eBay being funky so I did the I'll try later. But nope wasn't that simple 2 limitations applied within 24 hours.
          Paypal reasoning: According to the person I spoke to flagged everything this seller has as risky items. If their security detects any risk the transaction will be blocked/fail.
          If that was true why do only a small handful have errors? Yet X here seem to have zero issues at all. If anything these bypasses should be raising the sussy flags way way more than just wanting to buy a $25 gift card. Only to get nope sorry too captain risky and here is a nice account lock as thank you present. :S

        create new account. add a random uk address (might not be needed)
        got error at check out saying i need US account. went to account to add a AU address and set as primary shipping address.
        then it worked :)

          @zero23: clear cache and cookies of browser, create new account on gmail then follow the steps in description except without vpn. at the checkout use a new paypal address. like a friend or family member.

          Try without a VPN. I didn't use one and went through first time.

          Registered a new eBay UK a/c with a random UK address (chose one that was suggested on eBay).

          Added my Oz PayPal address and made that the primary.

          Clicked through link here and added the GCs.

          Entered PIGGYBANK in the voucher box.

          Choose PayPal and followed the prompts.

          @dins: yes, that's why we just need to create a few more accounts, using each individual account to buy respective gc, such as jb, catch, and ebay gc (and hereby you'll need 3 separate ebay uk accounts) and other gc (including theiconic) and everything will be good. Piggybank ftw. and hell yea i've spent a total of $2000 via 4 different accounts, all using the same paypal account.. within 1hr. good luck guys!

          @moonster: 1: turn on vpn set to uk (i used hola via firefox) ,

          then go to ebay.co.uk to register a new account (making sure your email is not associated to any other ebay account prior) ,

          then just look for the gc wanted, add to basket, hereby you'll be prompted for a delivery address, simply put in any valid starbucks london address, the mobile number you can use your oz number to receive verification code,

          then go to ebay your summary page, add in oz address as postage address, set it as primary delivery address (without this, it will as for US account etc, as encountered by many others here)

          then go back to the gc page, add it back in into your basket, and

          then proceed with login into paypal, then the piggybank code and voila!

          good luck!

          *edit: all above done while you're still in ebay uk.

          It says it's on its way even though I already received the code. They gave me a tracking number too for some reason. You could try to get them to re-send the code to a proper email account

    1) Trying to buy a few items plus ebay and JBHIFI vouchers.
    2) Getting errors when paying with paypal or credit card.
    3) Removed the JBHIFI voucher.
    4) Paid with Paypal.
    5) Order confirmed.
    6) Received an SMS from PayPal saying they declined the payment for the order of vouchers, payments for other items went through successfully (checked credit card account and all payments are consistent).

    Paypal not suspended.
    I guess i won't receive my vouchers?

    EDIT: For the voucher my ebay says This order wasn't successful. Order cost has not been included in the total amount. The seller hasn't received payment for this order yet

      the same email address as your ebay uk account (assuming you didn't click as a gift and put in other people's email address) all of my gc received within the 10mins window.

    After some digging, I can confirm that they did have 2 levels of check: eBay account and Paypal account.
    1/ eBay account: this will let tou apple the promo code fixed to country. Eg: eBay account registration address is US can use US promo code, UK can use UK code. When you change country, make sure you got the message saying “congratulations blah blah” moving into the country you changed. You will get confirmation email too. If you dont get any, even your country displayed as the new country, you account still tied to the old one. This means you can not use promo code. I know now the trick can change country with 100% success rate.
    2/ Paypal account check. I did not figuring out the logic of this check yet. I have 4 paypals account, 1 since 2006 and working on this UK promo and last US promo. others 3 did not. Keep getting payment error. Seem like the older your account is, the higher change it will work.

    So, unless you have a “good” (probably old) Paypal account, dont brother trying this.

    Oh, after several attempts of trying to pay by creditcard, my card blocked! Called commbank and they said ebay tried multiple attemps, zero dollar value transaction:)

    I tried doing it on 4 new eBay UK accounts, ultimately successful on one and got 3 x $200 eBay gift cards. The fiirst one worked no issues using Paypal. Took a few hours to get the voucher emails, but got them eventually.

    Then I had problems with payment as both Paypal and credit card and couldn’t checkout with the other accounts. Ended up using one of them to get the Woolies online vouchers instead.
