For a bit more, rather go for a Meepo board, reputable seller and decent reviews for a budget eboard.

    • ESC, battery, motor we are the same supplier as MEEPO.But our deck is better than MEEPO.The price is cheaper.

These toys are becoming more and more common in China and Korea (I saw them) though we don't know what are the rules here.

They're illegal on non private property in nsw. I've seen them around tho. I'd prefer an inconspicuous skateboard but it's hard not to notice someone standing on a skateboard while going uphill.

And only ignorant kids (or immature people) neg other people's posts without any logic reason.

        • Absolutely because that makes you the mature one!

        • You must be new here. Kidding. C'mon dude. You've been here since 2011. It's not like you haven't this happen to everyone.

It is illegal in China as well.

Might vary by state. I see plenty of these on the cycle paths around Brisbane. Probably illegal on road though

      • i've seen an idiot riding his electric board on the road. not a quiet suburban street either — a 2-lane 60kph rather busy road at night. sure, he had some lights on him but nowhere near as bright as those you see on cyclists. there was a wide footpath running along the side of the road. sure, it's probably illegal to ride on the path as well but would be definitely safer than the road

This is an Australian site. These boards are illegal for use in public in Australia

Sorry. They're illegal here. Nice try though.

        • I took one of these full speed to the shins when two kids lost control of it on a footpath. Glad to know their illegal on footpaths, easy to lose control over and cause injury.

        • @Nighteyes: Could you do anything about it?

My neighbour was coming out of his driveway once, and this girl hit him with her moped. She was going down the footpath. She tried to threaten him with calling the police. She was in the wrong, of course. But he was a bit concerned.

Bearing: German FAG bearing, the best bearing in the world.

SKF brand was already world's leader long before FAG came into the market!

    Is this a hoverboard?

What I would give to watch someone at full noise, hit a small rock on a path. These things supposedly do up to 40km/h… That would leave a mark…

      • they deserve it. source: used to skate
