National Close the Gap Day – Tuesday 22 April 2008 – gives Australians the opportunity to come together and show their support for closing the 17-year life expectancy gap between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and other Australians.
Register your National Close the Gap Day event on the website and you will receive a registration pack including Close the Gap wristbands, DVD, event posters, free event organiser T-shirt and more.
If you can't host an event then you can sign the online pledge or sample letter to the Treasurer.
