      Well you do get cashback as well don't you? Or doesn't that work for card purchases?

      Also I'd gladly take a digital one over physical where you have to bloody scratch and use a magnifying glass. Cut and paste anyday…

        Just use the camera to submit the code on a physical card. No need to squint or work out characters.

          Yeah? On itunes Window? Not sure how I'd do it from the apple TV.

          I've been burnt with physical cards before. From kmart. I gave up in the end. They XXXXed up activating them. I wasted about an hour at the store them trying to sort out the bad double scan. Then I try activating, and no good on one. And then trying to deal with the aholes at apple. I just gave up.

          So XXXX physical paper cards.

          @Mobe1969: Ah, yeah, I see your point. I've used the camera on my phone and on my laptop, both worked seamlessly (which also means the card was activated correctly). If you don't have that then there's no other alternative to typing it in manually.

    For anyone stocking up on these just for Netflix, don't stack too many because there's rumours of Netflix stopping iTunes billing soon.

          From Venturebeat “The video streaming giant has confirmed that it’s “testing the iTunes payment method” in 33 countries through September 30, specifically preventing new or lapsed customers in those countries from purchasing in-app subscriptions and directing them to its own web page instead“.

          So don’t have to worry if you’re charged through iTunes already.

          Hope that's the case, but still I won't be banking too much in there at a time just to be sure. These seem to go on sale quite often anyway so probably won't be long before the next opportunity to top up.
