I just redeemed all my points earlier this week for a PS4 and a couple of controls at Target. Maybe that’s why mine is so low. Only had ~1600ish points left

You cannot buy gift cards or tobacco products ie you can only buy alcohol to qualify to the points or gift card.
Amounts differ per person, I got $60 per week.
