          I actually have a pretty healthy lifestyle so probably allows me to do so. Workout 5 days a week. My meals meet my nutritional needs. I think of nandos as a bulking agent more than anything. I eat 2 cans of tuna daily which would probably be a larger concern for most people with the mercury poisoning studies and all.. But obviously, everything in moderation :)

      My local Nandos will give these vouchers back so you can use them again, they are not normally fussy.

      If in doubt, call them to make a pick-up order and tell them you have a voucher (so the spit on your chicken).

    Just tried it at city nannies. Worked no problem. FYI it's a free qtr piece with a meal so effectively it's half a chiken meal for the price of a qtr meal

    I always avoid nandos because as good as it is, I can't justify the cost. But soooo getting nandos tomorrow.

    EDIT: Oh freaking sweet. There's a nandos on Clarendon street. 5 minute walk from work. Now if only I can get someone to cover for me for 15 minutes…

        I like red rooster, and it's generally my alternative because Nandos is so overpriced, but the food isn't comparable. Nandos is amazing, Red Rooster is fine.

          red rooster is sh%t. Coles chicken is better. salt drenched chicken doesnt compare to spicy grill chicken. healthier as well. worth the extra 1.50$

          I like red rooster too and their crumbed chicken rolls but their rolls havebecome like sponges while the prices keep going "up up prices are going up". I swear even with my skinny arms I could squish the roll into the size of a dice if I tried. >_>

    Nandos raise their prices about twice a year. Use to be able to get a full meal there for $10 about 3 years ago now its minimum $12 for a burger meal.. its a rip.

    I only get it when there are vouchers like buy one burger get one free.

      They are fast food and they are pricey but they are also better quality. Most fast food burgers contained so much preservatives that they don't decompose like normal food. And I suspect that if you try to grill the chicken from KFC instead of deep frying, it will not be an appetising sight.

        A commonly misquoted 'fact', actually it's due to the relatively large surface area to volume of the maccas burgers. This means the burger, bun and all will dehydrate before mould has a chance to form.

        As the conditions are unsuitable for mould for flourish, the burgers do not rot. Take for instance any burger with a similar size and SA:V to the macca's burgers placed in a similar environment and you'll see same results (with or without preservatives). Essentially it's a burger jerky… New idea Big Chief? ;)

    I can can firm this works! I'm sitting in nandos right now! Waiting for me meal.

    It only cost me $11.50 for half a chicken meal. Normally it is $16.10.

    The cashier was laughing as she showed me the stack of vouchers she had. All were in black and white print outs. Mine was in colour! First one she got in colour.

          hmm looks delicious thought it would be a bit bigger though. I might have to eat it next week. How is the corns?? Never had that before, always got chips but im trying to eat healthier so will try a different side. Anyone had the salad or spicy rice before??

          next time you should try hot mate, its better than mild. Mild doesn't even taste spicey at all too me, extra hot can be a bit overwhelming sometimes though.
