I'm still angry at Hoyts for changing the terms of their membership. Used to be $10 you go a movie ticket for it. I was happy to pay the money and get a cheap ticket. But they sneakily changed it to a free movie but only to a 'weekly pick' movie of their choice. None of which I've wanted to see.

I asked them for a refund the day after renewing and found this out, and they never got back to me.

  It is quite annoying. Bronze is free at least. Point earn rate is quite low though.
