In regards to Europa - Im a UTD fan but we simply didnt want it as much as Spurs did. Im happy for Ange and the Totenham fans they have been waiting along time and they were the better side on the night.

Ill make the call PSG will win the UCL final

"Bayern Will Win" "Barca will win" Inter has heard this bullsh*t all season, keep it up.

      • fair point i change my prediction Inter will win - Forza Inter

    • +1

Spurs the better side? They scored through a fluke goal and just parked the bus in the second half. United had 0 firepower. Both didn't deserve the win, tbh.

      • im a UTD fan we were shit house never looked like scoring bar when Vicario stuffed up and Mick VDV had to make that clearence

we didnt create anything even half decent im not saying 'spurs' where amazing but they deserved the result the defended well - we never should be played Shaw and Mount in the starting line up the managers cooked

      • It dosen't matter how they got there, Spurs won the silverware.

Thank you for this!! i was about to pay Stan $38 to watch 1 game….
    Forza Inter!!

  • not related but glad that Spurs won this morning, even though im united fan.

Seeing Son Heung Min lifting a real trophy is the best thing so far in football this season

    • Have to agree, from a Man City fan.

  • Ugly but the drought is broken! In Ange we Trust! COYS

  • mbappa will watch closely

    • I honestly don’t know which team he’d rather win. Tough one for him either way it goes.

  • Looking forward to the game, which is actually being played at the ‘Munich Football Arena’ (for sponsorship reasons).

  • I watched football for 20+ years but it eventually got slow and boring for me. I switched to ufc and boxing years ago never wanna watch football again.

  • Thanks OP. I can't ever remembering watching a final live so this is in the diary! Not a fan of either team but from what I've seen, Inter look impressive.

  • Is kickoff actually at 5am? I got up for the Spurs/United games at 5 and the telecast didn’t start until 5:30am

    • Are you in Adelaide? telecast started 4:30am with kickoff 5:00am, then replay 6:00am (all AEST).
Sounds like you caught the replay in Adelaide maybe??

      • +1

It wasn't a replay, 6am was the second half. The broadcast was split in two, probably because they kept the half-time show exclusive to the Stan Sport broadcast.

@Dougaldog All I can tell is that there wasn't a delay or anything. You'll have to work out what happened by yourself as there are too many possibilities.

        • That makes sense. When I heard kickoff wasn't until 5, I was wondering how they were going to fit a 90 min game into 60 minutes.

(TBH I thought maybe the game is too slow for spectators so they edit out slow bits, and was wondering how they call that live if so.)
I'm not exactly an authority on the sport :)
