Might also want to check if JB is still doing the $200 Gift Card for Selected Telstra Plans.

    • Yep I got this with $200 voucher a fortnight ago

    • is this in store only? I cant find this anywhere on the website?

      • Yes it is in-store only

        • Got this from Pitt St Store opposite Angel Place

        • thanks :)

    • to be honest you are better going of for the $49 plan and getting the $10 off per month and the $200 giftcard because you save a higher percentage.

      Boring maths here :
      49*12 = 588
      -$200 jbhifi giftcard = $388
      -$10 credit per month = $268
      savings = $320 (54%)

If you go for the $69 plan you would pay $828 and then still only save the same amount of $320 meaning you saved 39%

Ps. to get the $10 off on the lower play you probably have to port in (just buy a $2 prepaid sim from any other provider)

    • Just got it yesterday..
Had a sticker on the table that they extended it till the end of this month.

  • Some existing customers have managed to get $39, 20 or 30GB, and peace of mind, Wish I could get that!

    • I would say it shouldn't be too hard for existing customers to get, just threaten to leave unless they'll offer you one of these plans. My contract is up in Feb and I have no plans to replace the phone so I'll try my luck then.

      • I tried that yesterday. They put me through to disconnections. Disconnections stated that they couldn't do anything, apologised profusely and sent me on my way.

  • For those who may be looking for a cheaper option, Vodafone still has their $40 for 40gb offer and also $45 for 50gb in store.

  • Hi, I am an existing customer and they upgraded me to this plan last week. So in my case I was not a new customer.

    • How did you manage this? They wouldnt when I tried previously (online chat)

      • Hi Riker88. I had a 10gb plus 5gb bonus plan that was due to run out in 71days. I went over my 10gb limit and they didn't include my 5gb bonus so I went online chat to ask why I don,t have the 5gb bonus which I should have got when I signed up 10 months ago. The person on the online chat up sold and told me if I want to upgrade they will waive the excess data fee for going over 10gb and the rest of the 12 month plan that I was on. They let me have the plan you have listed here.

  • This plan has international calls included for 15 countries

  • Does this allows tethering?

      Oh hi Ruslan!

  • confused why existing customers pay more if they want to recontract for 12mths. I was paying $50 for 17GB and the plan just expired. They want me (a customer for decades) to pay $69 for this 40GB plan while a newbie gets a discount. It's nuts. And dropping the data share because they introduced peace of mind data has still got me baffled. :-(

  • How do I get the $10 off? its still showing $69 for me.

    • deal's fininshed by the looks

      • I just signup, I still got this deal yesterday from JB hifi + $200 giftcard
