        Exact same issue. I even registered in 1999 as well. Spoke to them on chat, needed to verify my phone, address, dob and email and they changed it to Australia. Pretty painless.

      The terms mention that travel is excluded, generally luggage is included under the travel category, hence not working.

      Only way to fix it is to ask the seller to list it under a different category.

    Yaaay…I just bought a new Nokia 6.1+ a few days ago on eBay and, used the only discount code available then, the 5% discount code, 'PLUG5'

    Now, the seller has the same phone listed 12 bucks cheaper and there's 10% off that price.

    I'm an idiot… and I also wish I had a crystal ball.

        haven't received it yet. I decided to buy it based on the reviews, price and features, and the fact that it was a Nokia brand with plain stock Android installed.

        For the current price with the discount 10% of $333, I paid about $356, seems like a good 'budget' phone.

        Heres a link to the seller who, out of the grey importers 'based' in Oz, at least had a high seller feedback rating.

      I had that problem before when I used coupon code for 5% off and some eBay gift card. Three eBay card. It only works after I remove one of eBay GC and paid with some PayPal by CC.
