  Hi So Lo, no this is different as you are not required to sign up for anything for the first course. This is the reason you have the code and redemption there, so you are not required anything else rather than your email. Shaw Academy gives content to Live Web Academy, but you do not sign for anything. After the course is completed, only for student that are willing to continue to get the full Australian AQF Level 5 Diploma, then you could get one of the deals from Shaw Academy. Again I highlight that this is a great course with e-diploma to get the fundamental understanding of the world of Marketing and Social Media.

    Can you please be upfront about those costs now rather than after the customer has invested dozens of hours studying the course?

  Hi So Lo , of course you could visit the website of Shaw Academy at the subscription options and see what the offers are. As highlighted this is a free course and if a user invest his time in education, I guess it is to improve, refresh or add new skills to his background. All is transparent on the website, here you have the possibility to do the first course completely for free and valuate from the first minute of the lesson if your time it's worth or not. Let me know if you have any more doubts please, we are trying to give some content for free.

  As So Lo points out, these guys aim to get you to sign up for Shaw Academy courses. Shaw Academy has a nasty habit of charging credit cards they get when people sign up for free courses.
