You can use any coupon alongside eBay gift cards.
It is, but you can use these gift cards (which you get at a 10% discount) now or in the future with any other coupon.
So if you use PARTY19 for another product for $100 for example, you will pay $100 x 0.9 (coupon discount) * 0.9 (eBay gift card discount), so essentially a 19% discount.

Can anyone confirm you are able to use more than 8 cards (including additional ebay discount code) at a time? The T&C say you can only use max 8 however some have said they were able to use up to 15 in the past..

I'm getting the same error…rang paypal said they can't do anything its a security issue coming from Ebay…said maybe caused by a lot of traffic trying to buy at once…not sure if this is right…rang Ebay and they said looking into it and try again in 24 hours
Yep, it's been happening all day.
New eBay account. New PayPal account. Change of payment method, new debit card added, tried a VPN, tried the app, tried a different browser, etc. Nothing has worked. So frustrating.

Paypal support was absolutely useless with advice "our smart system doesn't allow you to pay, try to build relationship with paypal and spend more money"

The biggest downside to this deal is we are unlikely to see a good percentage off deal to stack them on in the near future.
Could be wrong but I think they will keep them down.The Thanksgiving/Black Friday sales aren't far away really, ebay will want their share of the action so no doubt there will be some decent codes then. Well, the gift cards last for 3 years, so I'm sure there will be something worth buying before it expires. But of course I would want to be able to grab a bargain now instead of waiting.

eBay just made $2m in a few hours…yes, and how many those gift cards will actually expire when people don't redeem them?
statistically speaking, there is a significant percentage of gift cards that are never redeemed.
(also, Government legislation has just been passed, ensuring gift-cards will have 3-year expiry on them)

PLOT TWIST: eBay Australia announces they are withdrawing from the AU market rendering all purchased gift cards useless.
Or another plot twist: eBay is adding its own extra 10% GST on all sales, rendering the 10% discount null.

they prevent stacking of vouchers & codes
they don't give out any more 10% discount codes anymore

I just noticed my billing address on my 2nd eBay account is different to the other accounts (an old address), could this be your issue too?
