  OP: Should probably add in "FM Transmitter" somewhere in the title and description. I was wondering wtf a car charger needed a bluetooth connection for.

    The Bluetooth is for your phone to connect to. Your phone connects to it via bt, then it broadcasts your phones audio on FM so your car radio can tune to it. It’s for cars that have older radios without bluetooth

    Saw this and was excited to buy another one. Saw the price, and all of a sudden was a whole lot less excited.

    It's going to need to be close to 40% lower than that to garner any real interest given previous prices.

    iOS or Android? How do you set the frequency of the FM transmitter? Via an app?

      it connects the way your phone would connect to a bt headset, so it is OS independent.

      Can't remember, I've just left mine on the default setting (96.4? not sure have to google it).
