I personally love these pens, they're especially good value for money, and considering these are within Australia, you'll get them delivered quickly!

    Some people say this is nice and some people say the ink delivery is not good, I'm unsure whether to spend $2-4 of my parking meter money on this.

      I got one from banggood off a previous deal (ordered the black one, got a white. Was kind of pissed off). It was rubbish for the first few months of very intermittent use (ink would start and stop a lot). But now it's flowing nicely. Pen itself has a pleasing heft to it without being too heavily.

      It is an OK pen, nothing special IMHO. Just a roller-ball type pen, similar to many others in this price range.

        The twist mechanism is very smooth and nicely cushioned, the matte finish is unusual and provides an okay grip despite being quite skinny.
        I agree it’s nothing special but it is a quite different from usual pens.

        I think there are a lot of pens that write more smoothly than these. My experience has been hit and miss. With some refills being very smooth, consistent and others bit dodgy. The only plus point is that they are not leaky like some cheaper pens. (Hate it when pen leaks in pocket!)

        I feel that jetstream pens at $4-5 are much better. (Refills at ~ $1.50-$2 each). Or you can get non-retractable ones for ~$2 which is excellent value. (Refills $1.20 each)

        These pens are probably equivalent to pens in that $1-3 range. The only plus point is cheap refills when you got a deal.

      I've bought a couple now. They have a nice weight, and feel good to write with.

      I bought one a year ago and am not much of a fan. The pen has some weight to it so it doesn't have a cheap feel, but I would say that the actual writing performance is moderate at best. Perhaps I just got a bad cartridge, but I found that ink output was inconsistent. I went back pretty quickly to using my usual ball-points.

    I bought a few from the previous deals. The weight is nice, but I keep getting ink flow problems like numerous other people as well. Much better flow from the gel pens and Uni Jetstream pens from the recent Bigw sale.

    I have the silver version and find it a bit too heavy for my liking. Is the white one lighter? Hoping maybe the white is plastic and therefore lighter.

    That's weird.
    The gold one I received from the $5 off from ebay.com is twisty and it will spring back to close, definitely a really good pen.
    I also have two white pens, one from an ebay seller and one from shopro, this was some time ago.

    The white mijias doesn't spring back into place, i.e. it's a manual twist to open and close the pen tip.
    The gold mijia is MUCH smoother.

    Are there two versions of the Mijia pen?

      That seems like the case according to Xiaomi China's website.

      There's a metallic sign pen (Silver and Gold) along with the plastic alternative (White and Black). The refills for the two type of pens are not interchangeable. You can see a slight difference between the two refills if you twist open the pens.

            @Gearbite: I was told it never returned and needed to repay! I have already provided the correct address weeks ago and sent another communication as followup. This was never replied to, Which is why we are here now!

            Please redo your website it appalling in every-way, For this $1.99 order their is 7 different message conversations and all different messages in each that i still need to message here. It doesn't even look like any one knows what is going on in of any of the communications.

            Also none of the message posted on the website have notified by email even in junk. If you can not find the address in the multiple communications message history please pm me here.
