Nice.. Its time to sell something.
    Thanks OP :)

  • How do I know if I'm eligible for this?

    • +2

Just click on the link (make sure you logged in) & You will get to know
If it says this after clicking link then you are the chosen one.

You've accepted the offer "$0 Insertion & Final Value Fees"

      It's not Tightarse.

Long time lurker on OZB forums - Pretty sure I'm not going to be targeted this time either. Yup, just checked.

Next 10 sales for free, yay!

  • How's this, when I click the link it says

Unfortunately, this promotional offer is by invitation only.

But when I go to My eBay> Selling> All Selling
Go to the bottom of the page and I see

Free Fixed Price & Auction Listings

List Fixed Price or Auction for FREE every month.
Starts 1 Oct Ends 1 Nov
    40 Remaining

I didn't get any email about this. I'd suggest checking your account for any offers if you don't have the one in OP's link.

didn't get any email about this.

That's not a targeted offer, everyone gets free listings.

    • That's purely for insertion. You'll still be charged a fee depending on final value. Deal above (as posted by OP) is for no fees on insertion & final value.
It's nice to not be charged for insertion…..do not try this at brothel!

  • All sorts of weird things being sold on feeBay… Even raffle ticket. Seller will get a lot of PayPal refund requests I reckon.

    • How many did you grab? Remember, "the more tickets you buy the higher your chance of winning is!"

EDIT: Note that most of the buyers who've purchased a "ticket" have a feedback score of zero - the seller is using multiple accounts to make false sales to try and make it look legitimate.

    Perfect timing thanks OP

Woot, I qualified… so this means no listing fee or final value fee for anything I list between now and Saturday? I had a bunch of stuff I was looking at selling, so this could work out well.

Are there any other catches to this?

    • Yes, that's correct.

No catches, but avoid selecting 'good til cancelled' listings, opt for 30 days instead or you will be charged if the item sells after it auto-relists.

  • Unfortunately, you can no longer sign up for this promotional offer because it has expired? Ffs

  • I was surprised it was only a promotion for selling 3 items!

    • That's a different promotion, this one is unlimited.

      • +1

Ok - thanks I missed that!

  • On my selling overview where I was just about to post something, it does list the promotion, but says 0 remaining. I didn't receive the email I only clicked the link above, and it told me I'd accepted the offer. This is what it says on the selling page (only visible on desktop not on my phone). I'm guessing those who actually received the promotion have more than ZERO?? :P

    • Same for me. It's probably a one-time only thing.

      • I decided not to sell since it isn't clear! :)

I agree that it’s confusing but when you start listing, the used count will increase.
