Go to Optus chat and ask them to reset your account, it will work after this.

My perks account has been half-broken for years.
No-one can fix it.
Some perks work through the iphone app, others don't.
No perks work on computer web browser - just stuck in 'we're working on it' login loop.

I think the issue is , if you move out of optus and come back with same number later they still treat the number as disconnected
Try Myoptus app , i am in the same situation however , this time i got this by going from app . you need to log-in they are only asking for email

It's to try and enforce "1 per customer", not that it stops OzBargainers with many prepaid services.
The consequences associated with your phone number being captured and disseminated among spamming networks are much worse than the consequences of your email address being spammed. With email, at least you can block use a range of spam filters that weed out a lot of the crap automatically.
it's no different to blocking a number or unsubscribing/opting out via sms on a mobile really

Sorry for an idiot question but how can i get notification when new offers are up from Optus? Do they normally send email? Just came back from redeeming mine. Was disappointed with the size of the "regular" chips. Burger was nice though with a nice lemony tang to it.
