Carbs are too high for me. They claim that their meals are less than 10g of carbs and 4g of sugar. I moused over about 10 meals and three of them where over 10g carbs and 4g of sugar. They are pushing that bullshit 'don't add salt' malarkey. Dude, you're pissing all of your electrolytes out, you need to be adding salts back in. Though I suppose if you are eating their meals you might not even get into ketosis.

Greedy pricks cashing in on the low-carb craze. All the while they are chanting in their heads "For the love of god, don't do any research on the internet, please don't realise how easy it is to eat low-carb without someone planning your meals for you. $40M kitchens don't pay for themselves."

I suppose some people like eating pre-packed meals. That's why they still sell frozen dinners at colesworths right. Wrap it in some health marketing and mention your forty million dollar meal-prep kitchen a few times and you get some sales.

  • Wholly crap that's expensive. How hard is it to pre-make a omelette the night before? or stir fry chicken and veg? or tuna and salad? Seriously?

  • True ozbargainer would starve to death rather than spend so much.
