Samsung 63" 3D Plasma PS63C7000 $2498 @ Clive Peeters

101

Samsung 63" 3D Plasma $2498 at Clive Peeters. Deal advertised in printed catalogue and online. Should be available in both retail and online stores.

I know this is not the cheapest, but not many stores have this tv in stock at the moment. Bing Lee recently offered this TV at $2299 and was posted on ozbargain, but I think they may have cleared their stock out.

  • this seems to be online only + delivery fee. though some stores will honour it and match it in-store. some stores will be arses if they have low stock and not sell it at that price…

    Does this TV still Buzz?

  • buzzing is a fault, you will still find some models do it. its weather your lucky or unlucky

great value for money tv, not even taking into account the 3d, so i guess with 3d this is really cheap , looks like manufactures are trying to clear out the 1st gen 3d tvs to make way for the 4k 3d tvs with passive glasses, i would definitely buy this if i wasn't a poor uni student :PP

lol good luck with that, you'll be waiting a while

So why pay Gerry Harvey's inflated prices. Gerry give away your Billions.

    • +1

this is not from Gerry, it is from Clive Peeeeters

      • +1

        Harvey Norman owns Clive Peters……………duh

      • +3

        Gerry bought Clive…

Why neg without actually knowing what's available?

Bing Lee is sold out, Videopro had a display unit, and Eljo only have one unit left that they're not willing to do for the previous $2,299. This makes Clive Peeters the best available option at present.

that date is almost a month ago, go and try and get that price at a bing lee……..idiot

When a model such as this, is in run out, the price is expected to get cheaper. Why cheer Clive Peeters for jacking up the price? Unless you work for Gerry. When the 2011 models are released they will be even cheaper than the run out prices of the 2010 models such as the PS63C7000. It is foolish to run to Gerry Harvey stores: Harvey Norman, Clive Peeters, Joyce Mayne and Domayne, while paying above market prices. Unless the price is a bargain, why buy the run out model: PS63C7000. The offered $2499 is no bargain, unless you are Gerry Harvey and can find punters to sign up for five years interest free (conditions apply).

I can understand your dislike for Gerry but I reckon you're missing the point. Say you wanted to buy this TV right now, wouldn't this bargain be helpful towards your needs? $2,299 is hardly a market price as it was only available for 4 days before selling out. At very least you can take this price to someone who does have stock so as to have a leg to stand on when negotiating.

As for anticipating price falls in the future, this can be said about any electronic item. What happens if there is simply no stock available? Some people would rather buy it now than take that risk.

Don't get me wrong, I'll probably wait for a cheaper price too, but hey its good to have options!

  • TAKEN FROM WHIRLPOOL!!!
