What is Quick Charge 3.0 and VoltIQ?

Qualcomm's Quick Charge 3.0 technology is 4x faster than conventional charging and up to 40% quicker than Quick Charge 2.0. It typically charges a compatible device from 0% to 80% in 35 minutes. It achieves this by increasing the voltage from 3.6V to 20V with 200mV increments. This technology is backwards compatible with Quick Charge 2.0 and Samsung AFC which is capable of charging a 3500mAh battery from 0% to 60% in 30 minutes.

VoltIQ is for devices not using QC technology and charges up to 5V/2.4A in each port.

                  @parallelparadox: You asked for it to be looked at on a Sunday and asked for a follow up only a mere 17 hours later at 12:20pm which would be 9:20am in China. GeekBuying don't work Sundays, I don't live in China and this is a side hobby.

                  GeekBuying won't do anything until China Post's 30 business day timeframe is over. After that they're happy to refund if it still has not arrived.

                    As for a mere 17 hours, work is work and saying it is a hobby while claiming to be asociated with a business will not change the customer expectation of an employee. You are essentially representing Geekbuying regardless of how you see it.

                    Acting rude/like you dont care because it is a side hobby I couldnt care any less, just dont associate yourself with a business where people have paid money to and treat customers like this.

                      Clear is just posting deals on behalf of Geekbuying can respond on a weekend when they are online. Geekbuying the business won't respond on weekends because they are not open. Clear would have just sent an email/message to Geekbuying asking them to look into your order. If Geekbuying don't work on weekends, Clear (nor you) will receive correspondence until they are open.

                      If you are so desperate to receive your order quickly, then you should have paid the very small and IMO reasonable amounts for faster shipping. If you wanted the most economical option, then you have to deal with the 30-40 business day delivery time frame that is very clearly listed on their website.

                      Given you are only 16-17 days in, GeekBuying would most likely tell you to wait it out before refunding you.
