      Nope and it's not looking like anytime soon unless updates are seriously delayed. The only update I have is:

      I contacted them yesterday and got the response:

      I have escalated this to our internal Courier Team to investigate and we will aim to get back in touch within 3-5 Days with an update.

      3-5 days….seriously?? After some research I found out Myprotein are part of The Hut Group, that explains a lot!!

        Exact same thing, literally the items I ordered from China with free shipping have arrived earlier. I messaged them on Facebook and they just said that I will recieve an email from the couriers. This is getting ridiculous.

    I’ve got no idea what’s going on now. My order had apparently been shipped in three seperate packages, one of which randomly arrived today with no indication it was coming and no update to the tracking.

    Just recieved update on my tracking and it said they had international transit to destination country. I ordered on 13th, and it took until 28th, (if the tracking is correct) for it to even be shipped.

          Maybe it depends how much you bought I got around 10kg which is maybe why it took so long? Ordered 13/11 arrived 4/12

            Hopefully it’s only another day or two!

    Anyone still haven't received their order? It's been almost 5 weeks. Appalling service and I have received zero correspondence from them about the delay. Live chatted them twice too. Both times they said they would get back to me and they haven't.
