Same error, and using a throwaway brand new email
Same here. Wasted far too much time trying with support on chat and phone trying to sort it out but they decided in the end that it was just that their system was overloaded, and they couldn't resolve it before the offer expired.
Pretty sure they collected my data though.

After you activate the sim card you can switch it off in OVO dashboard.

Can you please tell me where to go to turn off auto-recharge? I have looked in the dashboard, I have tried to remove my card via manage payments but it gives me an error and I have looked under personal info - but I can't see an option for auto-recharge.

Getting people to sign up is half the battle in getting them to become customers. Even OzBargainers, the tightest of arses, probably bring in enough new customers to cover the ones who don't stick around.

Doesn't work, the website is rubbish. You sign up but forget to enter the title of the person, it sends you an email during the second part of the process to confirm, you correct the title and now it says that your email address already exists so login, you try to login but it doesn't work, you try to reset the password but that also fails.

Revoked my negative vote before the fanbois get enough to have it removed. I stand by my comment that their website is utter crap and poorly designed. It creates an account if you accidentally don't select a title and at this point you can no longer proceed as it says you have an email account already and to sign in but you can't sign in as you don't have a full account yet.

Guys, just noticed that the package comes with 50 mins International call time. Would be a bargain paying $1 just for that, assuming that you make International calls.
I got 300 minutes with my OVO SIM. I mostly use Messenger to make calls so it's been a bit of a novelty making a real phone call.
