What's the average lifetime of these lifetime subscription VPN services? How many of them are still in business after a year or two?

    • All are in business as far as I know.

    • I believe I've read somewhere in "terms and conditions" that "lifetime" actually means 3-5 years. At least for some of these services.

      • I like how T&Cs can just redefine common words into anything they please and hope that no one bothers to read it.

      • FastestVPN's lifetime account means lifetime.

  • Does it allow me to watch Optus Sport/english prime league in Hong Kong?

  • Not a sustainable business model. Could disappear at any point.

    • There are a lot of calculations behind the Lifetime deal. I can not disclose them, but I assure you that this business model is very sustainable.

  • There's plenty of lifetime VPN deals on Stacksocial.

good for backups, but I wouldn't trust them for speed or security. Running servers in 22 Countries costs money, every single month. WHich means they've got to make money out of you some other way.

I bougth Ivacy lifetime nearly 2yrs, the split tunnel feature was handy as I could use the BBC iplayer app and still cast to my TV (as only the BBC iPlayer app went thru the VPN). SO that was wroth the $us30/lifetime IMHO. But I use several other subscription VPNs for my normal VPN'ing (especially when it involves buying).

My advice wait until this weekend as the big boys will have sales on. In the meantime use any free/paid trial to test out how you go with them.

    • This is a limited time offer. Not many VPNs are providing 10 multi logins.

      • no, but not many people need 10 multiple logins.

  • I use Ivacy also. Considering Nord. Windscribe isn’t great even with its unlimited device convection.

    • Windscribe does the job for me. I'm still on slow ADSL2, so… I haven't used the other lifetime VPN for ages which was also good enough for me.

    • Windscribe is fine, i'm on the lifetime deal. They just added port forwarding which is nice.

  • Nord is quite good, but they don't have port forwarding (unless it recently been added), so not so great for torrenting.
PureVPN is quite good, although they have been known to give out information.

  • Anyone know if this unblocks hulu? If not anyone know a good VPN that unblocks hulu already have a VPN Unlimited lifetime account which is great but that doesn't unblock Hulu 😢😢
