I like to support local independent stores but the complete lack of stock doesn't bode well.
I never check out their stock to be honest - they're just always at conventions and they always have heaps of stuff… a lot of which doesn't seem to be on there, now that I've checked.
I know that if you e-mail them with almost anything in mind they can usually source it from their supplier. They only started up a year ago and don't know what people like so they take requests.
From a quick look, it seems expensive. Though it is usually the case when buying from Australia stores. Not much merchandise either on the anime side.
