How good is the bass? Thinking of getting one. I heard it's terrible from reviews.

Bought these when it was $215 + 2000 points 4 months ago. Really good battery life, comfortable, stays in the ear, and most importantly, doesn't look like a tampon.

Sorry if this is a silly question but never bought anything from Qantas Store before. Do we need a minimum of 2000 points to make a purchase or we can buy with however little points we have?

What's the difference between active and non active version? Is it water resistant or something?

Haha, I've the non-active version and can confirm they fit really well for movement.
Some reviews online have noted the Active version is a bit bigger to fit in our ear more snugly, which meant it gets uncomfortable a bit quicker…
Have had these for over 3 months and have to say a little disappointed with the volume. They are no way as loud as the AirPods nor is the bass as comparable. Everything else is good but if you are looking for bass and louder volume look for the Bose or the AirPods.
