Any company that offers a sale but excludes the good items deserves a neg. Terrible.

  • Hey OP,

Can you confirm which wall charger or power bank can charger a 15" surface book 2?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

The 20k or 27k power bank are best but we also have our USB-C wall chargers. Happy to honour 30% off the Power Banks if you’re interested in purchasing. We closed the offer today but happy to ensure you don’t miss out.

    • Heya

I bought the 27k charger and cable last night. I’m trying to get the wall travel charger and a USB c to USB c cable as I realise I’ll need that. The bargain applies to the charger. When I try to check out, the cable disappears and it only allows me to pay for travel charger?

      Any solutions?

      • Hi,

Send us a private message and we can help

        • Thanks. Just did :-)

        • I sent you an email well before the deadline and got an email saying the deal expired 18 hours later. Would still be interested in the 27k USBC

    • Hi Rep, can you recommend a power bank for use with an IPhone Xs that can be taken on a plane?

      • Hi,

All our Power Banks are suitable for air travel, including our flagship 27k. Did you just want to power your iPhone Xs, or were after a Power Bank that can also power a tablet/iPad, or even a USB-C laptop?

        • Just for an iPhone Xs and maybe a iPad.

Do I need any additional cables for an iPhone Xs recharge?

    • Can you honour the 30% discount for this one if I purchase it today?

So I got https://www.cygnett.com/products/chargep-pro27k-60w (superfast delivery, thanks Cygnett +1)

But how do I make it work with my 2018 15" MacBook Pro?

I plugged what I thought was the fully charged battery into my MacBook and momentarily it started to charge the MacBook, a few seconds later though it went the other way, the almost flat MacBook started charging the Cygnett 27k battery!

As the battery uses the same USB-C port for input and output how do I "force" the battery to "output" charge rather than "take" charge from my MacBook?

From the product manual at https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0938/1396/files/Instructio…

    The ports on the battery:

    C - USB-C (60W-PD)
    D - USB-C (12W)
    E - USB-A (12W)

How to charge your USB-C Devices

To charge your USB-C compatible Notebook, tablet, or smartphone, you must use the USB-C (60W-PD) output (E) on the Powerbank in combination with a USB-C to USB-C cable (not included).

But the docs state port "E" is the USB-A 12w port, I suspect that is meant to read port "C", not "E"

    Important Note

When charging USB-C laptops you must use the port marked USB-C (60W-PD). Not all USB-C laptops are able to be charged by the ChargeUp Pro, as they may require more than 60W to charge. Also, many laptops have USB-C ports that do not support power input.

Right, per the posts docs above, the "USB-C (60W-PD)" is port "C"

Please see our website www.cygnett.com for the latest compatibility list.

Yep, "MacBook Pro 15" is listed at https://www.cygnett.com/products/chargep-pro27k-60w#tabs-3

Maybe press the power button first so the LED turns on, then plug into your Macbook? Try that not sure it will work or not

      • That did the trick, not sure the level I should facepalm but it seems kind of obvious now 🤦‍♂️

        • Good to know that does the trick, but still I would check with Cygnett and get an official answer, maybe it could be a design flaw
