    What type of device uses mini hdmi? I am tempted to buy one "just in case" but I can't think of any use

      Some newer DSLRs have a port for them. More common would be rasberry pi zero

      Raspberry Pi Zeros probably the most common

    • My gtx 650ti uses mini hdmi

    • Older intel NUCs. DSLRs and mirrorless cameras (though latest ones start to move back to standard HDMI).

    • My Lenovo Miix 700 uses one. Funnily enough I was thinking about picking up one of these today.
