I contacted them and they can provide tax invoice but also asked later if refurb even though says brand new, and got no reply.

Great price this early in life of this phone.

  I wouldn’t recommend these guys at all. I once bought a iPhone 7 Plus and had to wait 3 weeks (constantly saying “next week”) before they said no stock. Had to pester a few days for a refund as well. yMMV

    I tried ow price match and ow had internal memo that said they were asking for cash, didn’t offer manufacturers warranty and may be refurbs. Didn’t all make total sense, could be lame ow excuses but enough red flags that decided not worth risk.

  Would have posted but got last one and it arrived yesterday.

  Pleased to say I paid less than $1000 for new xr in true ob fashion through combination of 10% off, ShopBack and $500 in discounted ebay vouchers from a previous deal.

  Couldn’t look someone in the eye and tell I’d spent over $1k on a phone, even what I paid was too much.
