If something is overpriced, it means you a paying more than it's worth. Therefore not a bargain…
@jv: Disagree. "Worth" is subjective to each person and can be influenced by many factors, not just bang for buck. If it's the cheapest offer available for a particular item then yes it's a bargain deal.

BTW.. First generation Galaxy Note Stylus still works on the latest Note 9 / Tab S4. Has had many improvements along the way too, except you don't get obsolete within ONE generation.
