Don't buy a Hisense TV if you're planning to use a universal remote like a Logitech Harmony with it.
Why, what's wrong?
Switching between inputs (eg. HDMI 1, HDMI 2 etc.) does not work as one would expect. Just check the Harmony forums and you will see 30+ threads with people with the same issue. It's been a known issue for years.
Hisense does not provide discrete codes to Logitech and what's even worse is that the inputs are dynamic which means the Logitech remote cannot correctly predict which input to select.
There is a workaround but it's not ideal.

I got this for $665 from JB on Black Friday.
Very happy with its performance running a media PC, Switch and Blurays through HDMI, but be warned if you watch a lot of broadcast TV because that feels kind of clunky.
What do you mean by clunky? I was planning to get one of these tomorrow for kids tv. Will be streaming off a Raspberry Pi and for ABC kids. Some FTA as well. In a lit living room. What’s screen performance like? Does it handle SD FTA ok?
