    worked perfectly - thanks
cheap books too - nice prices

  • How does this differ to this already listed?

EDIT: Ok must be blind one is UK and the other is US

Since they are the same coupon does this warrant a second deal?

We were actually at BookDepository website last night and found that US site was generally cheaper than the UK site — until the promo code from the last deal was applied. It's good that the same code is also working on the US site.

  • Please mention that it's an affiliate link :)
    http://www.bookdepository.com/fb3104 also works fine

  • Since they are the same coupon does this warrant a second deal?

A slightly grey area on this one, but yes, this .com post is valid as it represents a different web site to the .co.uk post and highlights the opportunity to use the code on the US site.

  • Seems the offer has Expired! :(

Just be warned that when buying uni textbooks from the .com trying to save cash over the .uk site: * unless specified as an international or metric version, you'll likely get American spelling, American numbering system (feet rather than metres, inches rather than cm, pounds rather than kg, farenheit rather than celcius etc etc)

I found out the hard way :(

Not helpful for a medical textbook, I'm regularly having to convert farenheit to celcius, inches, ounces just to save $1.50

This is especially important for units that reference the book (including tutorial activities, questions, case studies etc) as the international version usually has different stuff. Sometimes its on purpose to force the american students to buy the more expensive local version, and other times they have content which is more relevant to certain countries. Most uni courses in Australia use the international edition.

Edit: International/American editions will have a different ISBN which TBD always lists.

      • Ah ha,, so it was NASA's penny-pinching on cheap'n'nasty "domestic" text books that caused all their problems!!!

It would never happen on the Enterprise.

        Make it so
