Do you happen to have an ad blocker installed in your browser (uBlock Origin, etc)? It worked when I was using a clean browser, but not with the one with an ad blocker.
Paypal wouldn't work for me on Chrome (mobile) or DuckDuckGo. DuckDuckGo worked with a mastercard. I ordered thee and I'm not sure why..

@Clear: Post some bargains here if you decide to go! And see if you can install some South Korean apk's on the tablet for your own 'reunification' from the comfort of your own home.
@ImpedeSquare: It's just Chinese OEM factories making the tablets anyway so installing APKs are possible Dev options on. NK does have it's own market place with knock off games. Just not sure if the WiFi is disabled via the ROM or hardware.

Very strange I was only charged $1 in AUD. Paid with PayPal and 28 degrees card. But I didn’t need to use 28 degrees as PayPal amount showed AUD1 before I paid.
Yes your right, I bought them last time they were $1 USD but I paid $1.48 AUD through paypal. It now shows as English (EN) $AUD down the bottom of the page so yes it is $1 AUD. Even cheaper 40 cents less.
