    Code may be linked to PayPal account, so you won't be able to exploit it with multiple eBay accounts (unless you also have multiple PayPal Accounts).

      I was able to do 4 out of 5 eBay accounts with the same PayPal. 1 that didn't work I got that error. That was my 3rd account I tried, so I went onto the next account. Thought it was a glitch, but went back to that account again to try but got the same error. 4/5 I ain't complaining!

      Yes and I think they are tracking the number of uses using the mailing address/name/phone number. I changed the mailing address/name/phone number to a neighbour details and it worked.
