  You haven't miss nothing, that code is still available. There is not much difference from buying a $10 gift card to buying a $5 gift card. In the end of the day it is still $5 discount that you are going to use some other time.

Looks like they've cracked down on use with multiple accounts.

On separate accounts I'm getting "you've already used this code".

Ive used incognito Windows, separate devices, and different IP addresses. Same result.

      Exactly the same issue here. Worked with 2 of my gmail accounts but didn't work on a 3rd yahoo account.
      
      EDIT: spoke to eBay chat, they said that it's because my PayPal is linked to multiple accounts. They told me to link a different PayPal account and it should work. I made a new PayPal account, linked it but it still didn't work. However, I made a new (4th) eBay account, tried the primary PayPal account on it (just logging in at checkout but not linking) and it didn't work. But the new PayPal account, just logged in at check out and not linked, worked. It's weird though cos on the 2nd purchase I made on the 2nd eBay account, I used the primary PayPal account logged in but not linked either and that worked.
