This is a slight upgrade from TA's previous post with additional 5GB of data for the same price.

Also available: $40 plan

• 50GB data
• Unlimited Local Calls
• 1000 mins for Zone 1 countries, 150 mins for Zone 2 countries
• Unlimited National & International SMS
• $5 a day international roaming to select countries

Similar to TA's previous deal. Cheaper by $5 for new customers.

Value I see for myself is the $5/day International roaming.

Otherwise the $41.25 plan with Optus is a ripper deal with a lot of data and unlimited calls.

You can also get between 5% to 20% off your plan fees by bundling any other Vodafone services you have.

Don't forget Cashrewards for 65% cashback on your first month.

On a side note, Vodafone are trying their best to get close to Optus with a deal on the Google Pixel 3 for $65 per month

Again good if you want the $5 roaming or you have other Vodafone Services. I myself have already moved my wife's service to Optus.

  with $5 per day does it mean you can use your mobile plan inclusions in eligible countries as you are in Australia?

      well, that's handy for traveling then, thanks :). currently with Telstra $199 plan with 10GB roaming data per month, this is way better as it only costs $10 per 1GB add on if exceed allowed data

  Not worth it guys, you'll throw your phone out of the Windows in frustration using Vodafail.
  Maybe there networks is better now because is not as congested as before, because not many people are on their sh***ty network.

    Not sure about that! 11 years vodafone customer here, I have lived in Melbourne and now in Brisbane and travel all over the country for work. Never had any issues with coverage. I have always been curious to see why people have issues with coverage with VF.

    My issue is with their plan pricing with a phone. Hence I will be moving once I am out of my contract

    Been with Voda for 9 years and haven't had an issue, LTE speeds are faster than Telstra and Optus (compared with my friends when we hang out) at the places we frequent.

  Vodafone's coverage is awful, receiption drops out in CBD, never again

  Four of us in the house on Voda network, and no complaints from anyone on coverage or dropouts. Two teenagers and two adults.
  I would say my old mobile is probably the cause of my perceived issues.
