Great price for this entry level home theatre system by Yamaha.

It comes with the AV receiver (i believe HTR-2071 receiver), 5 speakers and a passive subwoofer (AV receiver also accepts active subwoofer). It's not the most feature packed AV receiver with no networking capabilities or dolby atmos. But based on previous purchases from ozbargainers and online reviewers this a great bang for buck system. You can always upgrade the speakers later.

I bought one and i am going to use my Sony muteki floor standing speakers in the system and will keep the rest of the Yamaha setup.

Pro tip

When you choose click and collect on eBay and your local store doesn't have stock .. choose the next closest Bing Lee store. Once you receive the pickup confirmation email reply to it and ask for your order to be sent to your local Bing Lee store. I was told this via Bing Lee live chat. I placed my order for click and collect at Casula and they are moving my order to the Campbelltown store by Tuesday/Wednesday.

    How did you find the whole system? Is it good? Is it loud for watching movies?

    I mainly bought it for watching movies and such plus it was so cheap. Hard to pass up at this price.

      It's great for the price, haven't had any issues with it.

      Lacks features but that's to be expected at this price.

      Only things I don't like is you can't disable the OSD with HDMI and the wire clips on the satellite speakers are really small so it's difficult with thicker wire.

      Movies with Dolby sound fantastic, watched Blue Planet II the other day and it was awesome.

    Connect via HDMI (ARC), even Plex App from the Samsung TV will be able to send DD5.1 to the system.

    I just added to my cart with another eBay account and it added fine. I even went to the checkout page.

    Maybe try clearing the cookies or try another browser. Or try the eBay app.

    Yeah unfortunately it seems that they only ship to NSW metro and ACT. There is an exclusions list at the top on where they don't ship this to.
