      Great tip.

      I wasn't fuming but it was annoying not having any idea when it would arrive. I use thunderbird as an email client for my gmail, but it didn't download the voucher when I had received it. I logged into gmail via the browser and it was sitting there today.

      I did chase them up via a polite email on their website and i got it a few hours later.

    We have rolled out all eligible entries until 6th March. If you have compared as per the terms of the offer please check your email for the link to the eWish gift cards. Please make sure to check your spam/junk box as well in case it hasn't landed on the inbox.

    There have been a few entries who did not qualify due to the below reasons-:

    -Incomplete Bill
    -Incorrect Name on the Bill
    -Move in Customers
    -No Bill Uploaded
    -Uploaded a bill of WA or NT
    -Ergon Energy Customers
    -Electricity bill not uploaded
    -Multiple entries for the same customers and uploaded the same bill more than once.

    If you have also switched your retailer to Alinta Energy please allow up to 90 days until the additional gift card arrives.

        Same got another one… was on my way to woolies to get a few things - it didnt work.
        They probably relised and cancelled them all already.
        Would like to know if anyone else tried to use and was successful.

        Also can't check the balance, it comes up with:
        Sorry! We're currently unable to process your request. Please contact our Gift Card Service Team on 1300 101 234 for assistance.

        I'm 100% sure they have been cancelled.

    Hello Everyone,

    Apologies for the inconvenience. As mentioned earlier, there was a glitch from Woolworth's system, and the Gift Cards were not delivered automatically; hence, we had to send them through manually.

    The glitch has been fixed; however, the system inadvertently sent those gift cards again.

    We have notified Woolworths regarding this issue and the second gift card is inactive.
