      maybe this will help someone in the future…

      as someone who has just come back from Hawaii, i would not get the 5GB USA sim again. we went to Oahu and most places either had no reception at all or very very poor reception. i am talking a minute to load a simple webpage and/or time out. even in populated areas like Waikiki and the airport the best we've ever seen it is connect at 2g. would not recommend..

    About to buy Europe & UK sim card. Anyone mind share the experience how is the 3G speed outside UK? Is it usable for browsing, map? We mostly travel around city area only (Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin etc).

    Also, can we put this SIM inside WIIF dongle?

    Is there any other SIM card I should consider? Vodafone?

      Hi Smaland,

      3G is perfectly fine for google maps and browsing.

      The SIM cannot be used in wifi devices, it is for mobile phones only.

      Vodafone is good - a bit more coverage than ThreeUK and may have SIM cards for wifi devices.

        All good Aidan, one of your team members replied to me saying the same thing. I understand these circumstances for a business with a small team.

        I'm not due to depart for a while so don't sweat it. But it would be good to put a notification or a banner stating shipping may be delayed due to a high number of orders so customers have some expectation that their parcel may or may not arrive in the 1-2 days for express shipping. It can also help reduce the influx of emails asking the same question of "where's my sim cards? why haven't they been shipped yet?".

    Might be a stupid question but I am late to the party also. The Europe & UK SIM states it works in the US in the section below once you go to the link. The title on states Europe & UK. I am guessing it works in the US but just wanted confirmation before purchasing.

      Hey Ozzie,

      We are getting as many out as we can. It's taking us a bit longer than expected but the rate we are going we should have everything out the door next week.

      It's an overwhelming amount of orders so we will be putting in extra hours this weekend to prepare everything for Australia Post next week.

      Its impossible for us to lose track of any orders on our system so they will all be sitting there safely until we get around to packing the order and dropping it off to Australia Post.

      I understand you might be a little concerned, but please know that we are looking at departure dates very thoroughly to make sure we get orders to customers before they fly.

    Have only just received my order. Not the best turnaround time since I ordered 3 weeks ago.

    To be honest after receiving my Sim, it looks like you guys are just reselling China Unicom CUinq sims?

    Basically every Sim on the CUinq website matches with a sim that you sell.
    Whilst the sale was good, it appears the sim cards are more expensive to buy from you at full price than from the source. CUinq does worldwide shipping for $50HKD.

    Maybe somebody wants to do a group buy and split shipping costs from CUinq? I would definitely be in for future sims.

      Used the Europe one last year, worked well, didn't really make a dent in the 12GB data as I also used wifi a lot, thinking I should save the data for when I really needed it, but went home with about 10GB after a month in a Europe!
